At the turn of the millennium, Charly Amsellem took a new direction by opening a Prada Sport franchise i n Miami in 2000. This move reinforced his position as a leader in distributing major international luxury brands. In 2001, he became the exclusive distributor for Fendi across the USA, Canada, and South America. By 2002, he expanded his portfolio to include Dolce & Gabbana, followed by Gucci accessories in 2003. In 2004, his keen business acumen earned him the master franchise for Roberto Cavalli, solidifying his influence in the fashion industry. Expansion and the Shift to Real Estate (2009-2017). In 2009, after over fifteen years in the fashion industry, Charly Amsellem made a bold career shift towards real estate. He began investing in and developing real estate projects in Florida, where he quickly became known for his ability to identify high-potential land and develop luxury residences. By 2010, he fully transitioned into the real estate industry, acquiring prime land and developing high-end residences. His approach, focused on strategic land acquisition in sought-after areas ,allowed him to complete several successful projects, often in collaboration with renowned architects and designers. Transformation in Thailand (2017-Present) In 2017, Charly Amsellem made a significant change by relocating to Thailand, where he founded The Crown Realty Development. Settling in sought-after locations such as Koh Samui, Koh Phangan, and Koh Tao, he focused on acquiring beachfront or ocean-view land. Under his leadership, the company experienced rapid growth, designing and constructing luxurious residences that attracted international clientele seeking to live in idyllic locations in Southeast Asia.
